Gian Taralli

Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Brazil
Human Resources / Innovation Leader

Gian Taralli has been leading the Innovation initiatives for Johnson & Johnson in Latin America for the past years. He has coordinated a series of projects and facilitated many innovation workshops (or Hothouses, as they are called at Johnson & Johnson).

The projects he has been involved with range from product pipeline and point of sales actions, processes, and services. Among these projects are the design and implementation of the program to attract new young talents to work for the company, in-store solutions for the company’s retail partners in Brazil, Columbia and Portugal, and products and campaigns targeting the region’s bottom-of-the-pyramid consumers.

More than isolated projects, Gian has been helping re-shape the company’s culture into a deeply innovative one, in which behaviours are key. Training, communication and reward & recognition form the major initiatives Gian and his teams have been working on.

Gian has also been involved with different associations regarding innovation, and has written articles and delivered seminars to these associations and companies. He is also a member of the centre for innovation at one of Brazil’s most renowned executive universities, Fundação Dom Cabral.
