Steve is the founder of Secret Sauce, an intellectual property investment and commercialization company.

Steve has over 15 years of experience in extracting value from intellectual property. Prior to founding Secret Sauce, Steve established and grew Offspring Ventures, a successful technology commercialisation and advisory firm owned by an ASX-listed company, led three start-up IT companies, raised over $10M of venture capital and government grants for various technology ventures, and licensed and sold intellectual property rights internationally. While at Telstra Corp Steve implemented major IT projects and led commercialisation deals at the Telstra Research Labs.

Steve is a member of the IT&T Committee for the Federal Government’s Innovation Australia Board. Steve is also a member of the Licensing Executives Society (LES), and holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Science, and a graduate diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
