The only Benchmarking we should do is to avoid comparisons and to do things DIFFERENTLY.
We must “walk the same path and wear the Customers’ shoes” to understand their pain - as the only source of innovation.
We must be guided only by knowing what IS THE REAL PROBLEM WORTH SOLVING.
We must look to Non-Customers for lessons and growth.
To be the best, we must learn from the best by being connect to the global pool of ideas.
