According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, innovation is the introduction of something new, or a new idea, method or device. According to today’s culture, innovation is a new product, method, or approach that affects the surrounding culture.
Everyone should commit to growing their innovative contributions, but just like any commitment, we all should be aware of what it is we are agreeing to.
