The Burnout of Innovation

There is an epidemic in business culture today. “Innovation” is on everyone’s lips and minds, but very few are truly grasping what it means. If you have been in business for a while, then you will most likely have a firm grasp on the idea that innovation is absolutely necessary for your organisation to thrive or even survive. But, statistics prove that most organisations have completely missed the mark, and many are not truly clear on what innovation means.Система и устройство навесных вентилируемых фасадов

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, innovation is the introduction of something new, or a new idea, method or device. According to today’s culture, innovation is a new product, method, or approach that affects the surrounding culture.

Everyone should commit to growing their innovative contributions, but just like any commitment, we all should be aware of what it is we are agreeing to.
